random update.
i’ve heard a lot about apple cider vinegar and how it helps in many health related ways.
i.e. Diabetes. High Cholesterol. Blood Pressure & Heart Health. Cancer. & Weight Loss!!! For obvious reasons im more interested in its assistance in weight loss. through research i’ve found that it induces satiation ( aka feeling of fullness ) increases your metabolic rate, reduces water retention, helps w/ regulatity, and possibly reduces the amount of fat your body absorbs.
i think i may try this and let yall know how it goes. but honestly even when diluted the taste is rancid i may have to mix it with some sweetener or crystal light or something! BLEH d:
